Information systems (IS) and infrastructure are at the heart of SIF’s activities. Our teams are involved in a number of optimisation projects to support our field operations, keep abreast of technological developments and work on IS strategy.

Manages 110 employees at head office, 50 expatriates and almost 700 national employees in our 15 country offices around the world.
As an HR professional, you will be involved in the management of Human ressources and the development and enhancement of employees at various levels: personnel administration and payroll / recruitment, internal mobility and diversity / international HR / laws and regulations / prevention and safety of working conditions and health at work.
Finance, accounting, control and audit are four interconnected areas that play a crucial role in the management of SIF. Each of these areas ensures the financial health, transparency and compliance of our activities.
Their mission is to create strategies to support the development of the missions (France and International) and Advocacy. To do this, it implements actions whose main aims are to increase the attractiveness of the SIF, recruit new donors (prospects), retain active donors and ensure that lost or inactive donors return. There are also different types of target : donors, decision-makers and the media ; potential and influential donors; and in-house employees and volunteers.
On the international field
Within the bases, in the various provinces where our program are implemented :
The Field Coordinator
He/she coordinates project implementation and the smooth running of support services. As the mission manager’s contact in the field, he/she contributes to the development of the mission’s operational strategy.
The Logistics coordinator (also based in the capital)
He/she coordinates, plans and monitors logistical activities and ensures compliance with logistical procedures and the mission safety plan.
Based in the capital of the country of operation:
The head of mission
He/she is responsible for developing our humanitarian mission and its funding, and for implementing the SIF strategy in the country of operation, in accordance with our values (Charter, IR, codes and SSP). It represents SIF in dealings with the authorities, donors, the humanitarian community and partners.
The administrative coordinator
He/she implements the specific administrative, financial and HR rules and procedures of the SIF within the mission and ensures our compliance with national laws and regulations and contractual obligations.
The program coordinator
He/she is the project management specialist and coordinates the implementation and evaluation of SIF programs throughout the mission.
